Pre-Construction Services
A successful construction project starts with a realistic construction budget, a feasible construction schedule, and an efficient design. We use our experience and expertise to help the owner develop preliminary cost estimates and construction schedules based on available design information. Once an acceptable budget is adopted, we can work with the design professionals during the design phase to keep the project within budget and time constraints.

Construction Services
Coston General Contractors believes in the team approach to construction. In addition to maintaining a staff of highly-qualified, experienced project managers and superintendents, we only utilize qualified and reputable subcontractors that are suited to the specific project. Once construction is underway, our project managers and superintendents will coordinate the construction activities to insure compliance with the construction contracts, and construction schedule. We emphasize jobsite safety, and demand quality in all our construction projects.

Design Build and Construction Manager Services
When project conditions are suited to a “Design-Build” or “Construction Manager”  agreement, Coston General Contractors is willing and able to take the lead role. We can provide the owner with a “single-source” for all design, pre-construction, and construction services throughout the construction process.
