Coston General Contractors will be constructing a storage building on the grounds of the Kenneth E. Gulley Recreation Center. The project includes a new, one level 30ft x 50ft building which will contain a storage room and one small 12ft 8” x 12ft office. The concrete slab on grade with hip roof structure will have wood trusses with architectural shingles and load bearing concrete masonry unit walls with an exterior brick veneer which is to match the brick of an existing adjacent Concessions building. There will be two 8ft x 10ft roll-up utility doors and one, man door. The office will contain one small A/C wall unit; likewise, an existing adjacent Concessions building will have an A/C wall unit added to it which is to be included within the scope of this project’s work as well.
